By downloading this video spot, you are agreeing to only run/air it in the following ways:

• One-year use (October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019)
• Unlimited noncommercial digital and social use
• TV is limited to US only and a 16-week run (October 1, 2018-January 21, 2019), PSAs only
• Absolutely no paid media on any medium (TV, internet, boosted social)
• No alterations to audio or repurpose of audio for other formats.
• No downloads by public
• “Imagine Dragons – Thunder” must be included in the description when used on YouTube

Our agreement with the music companies is only valid if the spot doesn't air on paid media. Not following our contract will result in a large increase in the licensing costs and/or termination of license and potential copyright infringement.
